Apryl Chanco

Apryl Chanco, mezzo - soprano

Apryl has always had a passion and excitement for singing and has performed throughout the New Jersey and New York area. Some of her favorite performances that she has done are Gilbert and Sullivan's The Pirates of Penzance and Leoncavallo's Paliacci. When she is not performing, she is a music educator in the Newark district and finds so much joy in sharing her love of music with her students. One of the reasons she loves to sing at OLC is the warm and kind community. She always feels welcomed whenever she is there.
